Upon further investigation, I'm thinking this is just a limitation of the video card. DieHard has confirmed that he can select multiple 16X9 resolutions on his OS9 systems, however they were with other cards.

I can successfully select other 16X9 resolutions in OSX with this Radeon 9000, but not OS9. If someone else could chime in that has a Radeon 9000 that would be great, but it's looking like it's simply a limitation of this card.
