question re: recycle toast images
« on: August 12, 2015, 03:55:06 AM »

on the windows platform, support for some samplers was dropped in version 1.7
which makes 1.6 the desirable version that is still able to communicate via scsi to certain hardware samplers
(and is also compatible with windows 3.1 - again because some sampler support was dropped in win95, due to scsi support drivers changing, so in win3.1 with v1.6 u could do it.. but with 1.7 or win95 u couldnt!)

myquestion is.. does the v1.6 recycle cd posted have the windows files aswell?
or is it mac only?

im aware that some of u might not be interested in this answer.. so u would never have checked.
but id love to hear some answers, or guesses even!

i guess the easiest way would just be for me to test it myself huh? :D

Yes, it is.
It's unusual to find windows versions around here.
If I have posted some, it was by mistake, LOL
