Process of changing noname to Nvidia 4600 Ti

Hi all!

Could you describe the step by step process of changing video cards?
Both hardware and software wise?
Do I have to delete some prefs? What else?

I am new to Mac OS 9, coming from PC.

Computer: G4 / 1.25 MDD / MAC OS9

I don't know which brand and model of video card I have installed.
Hopefully, tomorrow I will get hold of Nvidia Geforce4 4600 Ti.

Have downloaded "Latest Nvidia drivers" archive from here.

Please, advise.
