    Apple Releases Fix for ATTO Cards on G4 Titaniums: Apple Officially released, unrestricted, a fix that has been long awaited by users of Digidesign ProTools on the Apple G4 Titanium Power Book. We just received it today and have immediately pressed it into test on ProTools and other Applications that were affected by the problem. Please contact our Support Deparment for information and to receive a copy of the extension as soon as we have had the chance to test it with all the known affected Applications. This patch should be applied to all 550-667 and 667-800 G4 PowerBooks. See the MAC Cardbus FAQ for more!

    ProTools HD Compatibility Information: With testing with our Digidesign ProTools HD2 system still on going, the first round of information has been added to the PCI Expansion Chassis FAQ, including information on what chassis we have tested with and the results of that testing. .

    G4 PowerBooks will soon be shipping with both MAC OS 9.1 and MAC OS 10 installed. To use an Expansion Chassis with these Titanium PowerBooks you will need to native boot the MAC OS 9.1

This download is for anyone wishing to use Pro Tools on either:
Multiprocessor Apple G4 computers
Titanium Powerbook model 550 or higher with Magma CB2S or other Magma PowerBook Expansion Chassis with an ATTO SCSI card. See the MAGMA MAC Cardbus Expansion FAQ for Magma's information on the new Apple Titanium SCSI Fix and ProTools (including HD) testing.

Without this download:
Users with multiprocessor systems may experience -6042 errors unless they remove the Multiprocessor folder from their extensions folder, thus disabling the second processor.
Users of Titanium Powerbooks model 550 or higher are unable to use a Magma CB2S or other Magma PowerBook Expansion Chassis with an ATTO SCSI card for their Pro Tools hardware.
Other users will experience no benefit from this download and should not use it.
