The universal install at the top of the download page

I think there is something wrong with this file.  I downloaded it and when I tried to open it I got a warning saying that there is a problem with this image and opening it may make your computer less secure or cause other problems.  When I opened it, I got a message saying there were no mountable file systems on the image.  The computer I downloaded it to and tried to open it on is a Mac mini running 10.15.7

Yeah, you probably wont be able to mount a HFS formatted image with such a new version of macOS. Try burning it like it is and it should work fine.

I just downloaded and mounted it on my MDD and it seems fine.
