MIDIMAN Slaps a Bustier on its Best Selling Macman:  Introducing Macman PT -- the Mac MIDI Interface for the 2nd Half of the 90s.

Three years ago MIDIMAN released Macman, its best selling 1 In / 3 Out, palm sized, self powered interface for the Macintosh.  Mac computers have changed a lot since then.  The newest Macs have 9 pin GEO ports instead of the old 8 pin standard serial ports, the PowerBook 500s aren't capable of driving a self powered MIDI interface and most musicians now want MIDI Thru capability when their Mac is off.

MIDIMAN is now shipping its Macman PT.  Macman PT is fully GEO port compatible and yet still works with any older 8 pin serial port Mac.  Macman PT is still self powered and also has a built in power jack for use with an optional 9 volt wall wart -- perfect if you have a PowerBook 500.  And when the Macman PT is not functioning as a Mac MIDI interface it acts as a 1 In / 2 Out MIDI Thru box so you don't have to replug the system when the computer is off.

Other Macman PT features include: serial port thru switch, MIDI In, Out and power LEDs, included serial cable and more.  Macman PT is guaranteed for life and still retails for only $59.95.
