Rosetta running ppc apps on intel cpu in snow leopard

anyone have any extensive expertise in this department?
i have to admit i didnt use rosetta much back when SnowLeopard was current

i just got it installed on a 10.6.8 and loooking to check out the performance

Extensive and expertise are relative terms. I rely on Rosetta in SL daily. What do you want to know?
