MacMini G4 Upgrade Video Card and VRAM

Didi any known how to upgrade the Macmini G4 Video Card RV280 to advanced model, and change the VRAM to 64MB or 128 MB, is possible?

Hi I have updated several model of mac mini intel
The only one is the 1.1 or 2.1 where you can change the cpu up to a core 2 duo .
No gpu change
It is soldered.

For the powerpc original one have no experience
