got a 15-inch PowerBook G4 1.33ghz running Mac OS 9 but there is messed up colors when playing games and there is no sound ethernet does work

Have you tested with less colors? You get sound with USB-audio device.

maybe @darthnvader can whip up a ndrv for this one I'm guessing its not that different from radeon 9600
