SuperMac Spigot Card works with what software? anyone know this device?

Hi everyone, I'm looking at possibly getting one of these cards for a Quadra 650, but wonder if anyone knows what software would work with it?    i know media 100 was super curated and picky with serial numbers so just curious if this hardware might be like that and need to be sure i can find something that would actually work with it.

seems like this is going to be tough to find software for it.  just soooooo old at this point..  even finding a card is rare, but then to find the software the works with it.. double whammy..  i'll keep on the look out.
