Ableton Live 5 or 6 Registration
« on: March 06, 2020, 04:48:18 AM »

Feel free to call me lazy for this, because it's true, but I don't want to have to learn a new DAW. I use Live on my main system and I want to use Live on my PPC DAW system as well. I have OS 9 outfitted with a good Live setup, but no hardware I have supports OS 9.

This leads me to my question: Does someone know where I can find registration info for Live 5 or 6, as those are the versions I am interested in running on OS X at least until I can get some OS 9-compatible hardware?

I know this might not be possible, but I also figure this is probably abandonware at this point :D

If you don't have a sound card with asio drivers under mac os9 you could still use the built-in hardware as Live should support Soundmanager...not sure about that

I have no MIDI hardware and my G4 is a DA, so no audio in. I have an interface, but it has no OS 9 drivers so it messes with Sound Manager.
