Logic 4 XSKey driver in Logic Anthology not working

Greetings ... I use a serial Mac dongle, but just out of curiosity I saw in that bundle is also a mysterious XSKey extension,  which when I tested it will not even in sense the presence of an XSKey, neither blue nor white. Curious.... Has anyone had that working?

I also tried it today and this driver does not work with a white usb key. Has anyone run Logic Platinum 4.8 with this driver?
