geforce stopped working (solved)

QS933 / GF 4 MX

main graphic card stopped working, screen is black.  :'(

the monitor is ok.

last use of the machine was booting in OS9, working in OS9, shutting down with no errors.

booting in OSX with only the second graphics card connected to a monitor unfortunately freezes before login window.

maybe PRAM?

i had a GF2 in reserve, but the situation still sucks.

phew, resetting PRAM did it.
