I know this thread (which I originated!) is old but......

Is anybody aware of different versions of the Timecode EPROM in a Studio5 (original or LX)?
I have just upgraded the OS EPROMs in an old unit to the LX spec. (version I have is dated 8/14/95), but on comparing the Timecode EPROM version, I noticed they were both same (dated 10/10/91) in both units (which I have).
If you are aware of later versions of either (better still, have them!), can you please post info' here.

I don't see why they would ever need to be updated. It isn't as if the timecode spec changed.
