will os 9 era vst plugins still run in logic 7?

i want to run a few old vst plugins

many will work after converting with fxpansion adapter though.

thats amazing, thanks for the info! you mean VST-AU Adatper? which version? where to grab? also, the g5 i just got is 10.5.8 which is funny since thats when i entered the mac world again on intel years ago. memories...

can you recommend a osx  version that
- runs on a G5
- most stable mac os version for Logic 6/7 with ESBTDM & FXpansion VST-AU wrapped VSTs
- plays along well with mix core & adat bridge 24
