Which mac is the best for Cubase VST 5.1?

IIO:
i see. well, there are two things which wont work, pluggo and the TC powercore, both are very important for me, so i also use single processor models. but i wonder what other issues did people had? back in the days everyone was buying the DP models.

when i think about it, there is a third issue with the dual 1.25, which is the fan noise. :)

Irisman:
Hi,

Just a question:   what makes that the G4 MDD 2003 is not marked as one of the best computer to run macos9 for classic DAW use?

Greetz,
Irisman

EDIT:   Later I saw that I was confused. Recommended machine is 2003 one (as link works).  :)

IIO:
it mainly affects motu und m-audio users

but beside audio cards there are some other problems with it too.
