Sonnet Encore 1 Ghz G4 Upgrade Card

I am willing to sell on of my Sonnet Encore ZIF G4/ 1GHz/1M Upgrade card. It was originally used inside a BW/G3 and now I used it for a short time inside my G3 DT before my PSU was gone. As I have another G4/400 with the exactly same ZIF upgrade that I use on a daily basis, there is no real need for it anymore. Perhaps someone of you is really demanding it?

Preferrably from the EU/SEPA Area.

The Upgrade is well working, but I have no packaging or manuals anymore.

For me it would be interesting, because I have a G3 B&W Rev.1 . But the previous owner upgraded once the firmware and now I am trapped on using G3s cpu modules only... It was originally a 350. I have a 450 G3 cpu board (The one that wears my B&W now) and also a G4 500 ZIF, but I never could install it. http://macos9lives.com/smforum/index.php?topic=1213.0

I always wonder myself what should be better for a G3, the G3 1.1Ghz @100 bus, the G4 600 @ 100 bus or the Encore ZIF 1Ghz @ 66 bus. Just because http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/g3CARDS/G3_1.1GHz_vs_G4_1GHz_review/index.html never mention any DAW.

You will sell soon that ZIF module.

Have you sold this yet?

I would like to make you an offer if you still have that card.  That is, if it will work in my Power Macintosh 8600.

Although, I would need a week or two to purchase it from you.

It is still around, as I didn´t care to putting it o ebay or similar ;)

But it will not work inside your 8600! It is the ZIF version of the upgrade cards for G3 to G4 Macs (ZIF Slot). You need the Crescendo for the PPC Macs "Daughtercard Slot" http://www.sonnettech.com/support/kb/kb.php?cat=319#position_content
