"recharge" controlpanels
« on: April 17, 2015, 12:57:28 PM »

task:
i´ve yet to test about 200 controlpanels, mostly originally for system 6, 7 and 8, for their OS9 compatibility.

problem:
it is too much work to restart the machine for any group of 10 or so new additions to the system folder. you have to reboot often enough already for the frequent chrashes. :)

question:
does any of you know of a way how to "recharge" the current active system with new controlpanels (including those who "need a restart" because they patch and/or because they contain INITs.)
a solution for bluebox would be sufficient, a solution for native OS9 would be perfect.
