New here, email clients, AGP graphics card.
« on: May 31, 2014, 10:15:10 AM »

Hi all ! New here :)

I am not a musician, hope this is not an inconvenient here. ? Just another Mac OS 9 lover trying to help and sometimes looking for help.  ;D

How do you check your email under Mac OS 9? I use iCloud and gmail, I have checked many programs, but no one seems to work with both. If I am not mistaken Powermail worked but… I can not buy it from its site as it only has an option for Mac OS X version. Outlook, Eudora and many others do not work.

I prefer an email client than checking email on the web browser. For me, email client is snappy.

BTW, anyone with a spare graphic card for a G4 MDD 1.25GHz? I lent my ATI 9000 to a good friend so he can run on his G4 and nowadays I am stuck without any graphic card.

Thanks for reading my first post.

Don´t know about your mailproviders, but I do all my mail stuff with Classilla. All the TLS stuff and much more is working well. Another very good mailclient is the latest Eudora.

Thanks a lot Mat.   :)

I’ll try again as soon as my MDD gets a new card.

microsoft outlook express has served me well in the past and seems to be the only decent client for classic.
