Yes I have it. But it looks different from your picture,  I don't know for sure if it is a demo or an older version, anyway I'll upload it to my FTP folder, if anyone interested in testing this one.

a quick google search on this other word "virsonix" reveals:

Virsonix' ground-breaking DSP algorithms and applications for digital audio processing set new standards of quality and innovation in the consumer electronics, MI, and consumer software segments.

Since 2004, Virsonix technologies and products are available directly from BBE. Other creations are available in high-end televisions from Sony, Aiwa, Panasonic and others, and are marketed under various BBE product names.

The award-winning Virsonix Sonic Maximizer plugin is still a favorite of musicians, DJ's, sound engineers and producers. It is available from many retailers and can easily be purchased on the Web.

Read reviews on Harmony Central  of the Virsonix Sonic Maximizer.

The BBE Sonic Maxmizer uses a patented process that compensates for fidelity loss and improves sound quality by correcting the subtle phase and amplitude distortions that happen when sound is reproduced by speakers. The result is improved audio with added sparkle, punch, and life. It an easy and effective way to improve any audio material. Guitars, keyboards, vocals, stringed instruments, and even drums come to life with the Sonic Maximizer.
