Subject: Faders Window in Vision/Studio Vision Pro 4.5 — only Fader 1 transmits, F2-F6 send nothing
Hardware/software setup:

PowerBook G3 Wallstreet, Mac OS 9.2
Opcode Studio Vision Pro 4.5 (freeware/DSP version)
MIDI interface: Opcode Studio 4, managed via OMS 2.3.8
assigned as Instrument "doremidi-1" on Studio4 OUT2, MIDI channel 1

This aspect is somehow related to the rest of my project, described in another post

What works (verified and confirmed):

The full MIDI chain (Vision → OMS → Studio4 → DMX → fixture) is confirmed 100% healthy: manually inserting six Controller events (CC1-CC6) in a track's List Window, all six transmit correctly and the DMX fixture responds on all channels without exception.
The problem:

In the Faders Window, I assigned six faders (F1-F6) all to the same Instrument ", in Send mode, each to a different Controller (F1=CC1, F2=CC2, F3=CC3, F4=CC4, F5=CC5, F6=CC6). All selector dots are active (hollow triangle, not filled dot). The on-screen assignments are correct and confirmed via screenshots.
Moving F1 with the mouse, the command transmits correctly, regardless of which Controller is assigned to it (tested by reassigning F1 to all six controllers one at a time: it always works).
Moving any other fader (F2, F3, F4, F5, F6), nothing is transmitted at all, even when disabling F1 and leaving only one other fader active at a time (so it's not a conflict between multiple simultaneously active faders: it's specific to fader position — only F1 ever works).
Question for the forum:

Is this a known limitation/bug  of the Faders Window, ? Is there a setting I'm missing (in the Faders Window menu, or in Preferences) that could explain why only the first fader in the column transmits in Send mode?
thanks for you attention
