SVP VST 1 Effect plugin pack

(1/1)

gert79:
For now it is just an idea, but i am planning to create a plugin pack for myself that eventually can be beneficial to others aswell.

Focusing on effect plugins and freely available, so basically nothing that needs a key etc., maybe plugins that are officially "abandonware" could be included.

Ideally having two categories - simple GUI interface and full GFX heavy interface - as some plugins do not work on 1024x768 or are too heavy on GPU.

Arranged by category:
* Compressor/Limiter
* EQ
* Time based effects (Flanger, Delay)
* Other effects (Chorus, Phaser, Panning etc.)  --- (not sure if Chorus counts as a time based effect?)
* Midi plumbing tools? (Akai plugins, do they work in SVP?)
* Whatelse...?
* Etc...

For now i have a set of maybe 20 plugins installed, but initially many did not work, did not show up in the effect list or just crashed my machine when they were called.

For reference, my daily and only driver is a G4 QS 933 with M-audio Delta + Rack breakout box and a Opcode Studio 4, hooked up via Geethree stealth serial port.

Also i am currently refurbishing a "pulled" QS power supply to be sure this part will not cause issues down the line, the supply that is currently mounted is working still but i do not count on it...

If anybody wants to chime in, help building this, feel free :-)
Mind this is all about SVP effects, no instrument plugins, no VST 2.x, only Acadia utilizing ASIO 1 driver and latest OMS.
