Some extra discussion on source control tools for Mac OS 9.

I also wrote some extra comments on the Amend source control page in the Garden regarding Apple's "Projector", and how Symantec C++ 8.6 comes with it built-in.

One question I have is if there's a way to setup a CVS server under Mac OS 9 directly, to be accessed with a MacCVS Pro client.
