im having a hard time finding a keyboard shortcut reference for 5.01
these are kinda off for 5.01...

well i found out going to help in the file menu ACTUALLY HELPS!

help > keyboard shortcuts

brings up a pdf !!! listing them all! sweet;)

They used to include the multicolored stickers with the manuals,software, etc. so you could transform your keyboard... never wound up using them though. I have a spare keyboard so maybe i'll stick them on there... if they still stick!!
