i am looking for a tool which can record and replay
- absolute mouse movement
- mouse up/down
- keyboard input (incl. modifiers)
it is mainly required for firefox/win64 here, but it would also be great to have that on OS9 and OSX.
many of these things could also be done using automator/appleevents, but that has prerequisites which are not available everywhere.

Keyboard And Mouse Recorder by this guy, perhaps?

Or this, for Win

The Quickeys macro-maker will record all of that including absolute positions and movement measured in pixels, display all of the movements and replay them. It's normally not used for long extended mouse movements so I'm not sure what the max limit it will record is.
It does however, have the desirable attribute of running under OS9.

ah, quickkeys does mouse too? always ignored this app.
right now i am learning how to create scripts for that windows recorder by hand (basically to reduce mouse to mouseclicks only)
it feels like having a new staff member...

now i need something which displays the current mouse position - for win and 9.
it should be very small and/or work in background and diplays in a floating window.
i coud use max, but would prefer not to open such a huge app for this.
