i just dont bring multirack and OS9 together, as well as 24 bit and AMIII, but what do i know.
IIO, are you serious or just kidding me?
Guys, do you REALLY don't know what it is???

I don't have a compatible hardware installed, but here's a screenshot of it in emulation.
It is MultiRack 1.0.4, but there were versions 2.3 and 2.5 of it. Separate for NuBus and PCI. Maybe 2.2, but I don't remember.
You got it when you used full 2.3 and 2.5 installers. I think I was able to run 2.6 (2.8?) Plug-Ins on it concurrently with v3.x Native.
Separate processing on L and R channels possible. M/S mastering possible. IIRC, there was delay compensation component as well, if plug-ins were used only on one channel.

MultiRack 1.0.4
MultiRack supports the following DSP cards:
Pro Tools Project (Session 8 Mac)
Pro Tools 442 (sometimes called PTII)
Pro Tools III (NuBus only)
AudioMedia II
AudioMedia III (PCI on Macintoshes)
Note: MultiRack currently cannot use DSP Farms or Pro Tools III PCI cards.
MultiRack supports all Waves Plug-Ins except for TrueVerb. This is because TrueVerb needs more memory than any current DSP card can provided except the DSP Farm (which we don't support, yet). The version of TrueVerb included in the bundle will work on native platforms only (i.e. VST, Peak, AudioSuite, etc.), and not on DSP cards. The moment we achieve DSP Farm compatibility or another DSP card is put on the market powerful enough to support TrueVerb we will release an upgrade.
If you are using a sound card, you should use the system recommended by the manufacturer. Otherwise, we strongly recommend Macintosh system 7.5.1 or 7.5.5, but have received no bug reports about problems with earlier systems 7.1 or above.
MultiRack needs at least 4MB of RAM but will run on less provided you do not use too many Plug-Ins at once.
Known MultiRack Bugs
A Restart or Shutdown from the Finder will bring MultiRack to the front but will not cause it to Quit. If you manually quit at this point your Mac will shut down normally. We have some incompatibility problems with certain International Support Inits put out by a well known computer manufacturer.
For the next MultiRack release we are working on these points:
•Support for the Symetrix Lucid NB-24, Digidesign DSP Farm, Pro Tools III (PCI).
•Adding record/play Disk file I/O (8-16-24); WaveConvert Set-Up Compatibility; SMPTE/MIDI sync; snapshot automation. •Support for more Plug-Ins.
