With the help of Claude Code, I've cleaned up the AppleScript code in this and all my other apps. The AppleScript that launches SheepShaver or BasiliskII is more efficient, and the AppleScript background script that runs inside the emulator is also less crash-prone. Same download page.

During the summer, I made a few further improvements in the AppleScript launcher and the AppleScript background script, so the current version should be a bit more stable than earlier ones.

when will we be able to use it to process vintage AU plugins from within modern say logic?

You might ask about that in the forum at emaculation.com, which is where most development discussion occurs. I know nothing at all about audio in SheepShaver.
