Hi to all OS 9  enthusiasts!

i am trying to get Emagic MT4 Midi interface to work with OS 9.2.2
It does work with Logic as Logic has built in drivers, but doesnt work with Reason 2.5
or Ableton  - it needs drivers.

Cannot find old OS 9 drivers and control panel anywhere on the web  as the only once i can find are for OSX .

anyone here has this MIDI interface ?

Would  anyone helpmeout and you share the control panel and the drivers?

    someone veru kind from Gearspace forum aka ( Gearsluts) shared a 2001
    Unitor Family driver and control panel with me
but afer installation i still cant figure out how to make
emagic MT4 to use USB and being recognised outside of Logic ( that recognises it )
Ableton or Reason dont see any midi inputs

Maybe its has to do with MIDI configuration?

When i start Unitor8  Control app it asks me
" The MIDI  Manager has been  detected , do you want to use it ? yes no "
if i click on YES ... no USB light up on the device and its not recognised by Control Panel ,

if i click NO .. USB light up and MT4 recognised by Unitor8 Control app.
but its only visible and usable inside Logic .
no other apps see it .
if i quite Unitor8 Control ..USB light goes off back to Patch light.

anyone ever used or uses it under OS 9.2.2 and would share a correct way to congigure it?

i am pulling my hair here  .. dont have any actually

thanks for reminding about OMS .. its been 18+ years of OS9 ..rusty memory

i've found the unswer in MT4 manual mentiones in small print  that Unitor USB driver and Control  only works with Logic and all other apps should use OMS!

Ive installed OMS , put Unitor OMS driver into OMS Folder in OS 9 System folder
and OMS recognised MT4

It works perfectly in Ableton  4 now !
However Reason 2.5  does see it in prefs but no MIDI passes trough Reason devices  ... puzzeld

Anyone uses Reason 2.5 and OMS MIDI on OS 9.2.2 ?
what are your settings?
