Best version of Logic for Os9?

Hi, I’ve recently installed Os9 again on my Powermac G4 and wanted to start using an earlier version of Logic again.  Is there a better version of Logic to use that is available here to download and use with Os9?  I noticed Logic 5 & 6 require an emagic xs key to work?  I was given an old orange usb xs key which has ‘not for resale’ on it.  I have no idea if the key will work with a certain version of Logic but wondered if anyone here could help?  Many thanks
