now i just need to drink enough coffee to feel enthusiastic enough to set it up  ;D

i had the digi 002 rack but as we all know as per digi's designation, the rack is OSX only (maybe thats hackable?)
but the console version, that version of hardware works with MACOS9!!!!! supposedly... i think it needs a special version of PT i guess im gonna find out
but i think its 5.3x? or something? im a bit rusty its been awhile.

Pro Tools LE 5.3.2 is specific to the Digi 002. It will not work with any other Digidesign hardware, such as the Mbox.

Pro Tools LE 5.3.2 does not work in OS X or "Classic Mode". You must choose Mac OS 9.2.2 as your Startup Disk.

looks like its here already waiting ;)

PCI Graphics G4 models are not supported with the Digi 002.
can run on AGP G4's with macOs v9.2.2 only (+ firewire 2.5 extensions)

on the other end of the scale HW Compatibility wise we have "unsupported" support for Sierra 10.12

im thinking ill use it with a PT5.3.2/os9 mac and also with a windows 7 64bit PC which can run PT8.0.5 instead, not sure what other cracked versions of PT there are for PC?

Congratz!

Digi 002 for you were a wound that never healed.

AFAIK  7.3 and 7.4 works on Tiger PowerPC and the last original M-Box release were also the last PowerPC release 8.0.1 cs 2 IIRC.

And you can go even further on Intel Macs and Wintel Machines.

Cracked were 7.4.X M-Powered on Wintel and never happened another cracked protools until PT10.

On the MacTells there was a XVX distro that allowed PT 8 HD on any hardware because XVX introduced Hardware emulation (costly CPU wise) but it were mainly used by HD owners without iLok. Also that version allowed tight integration with M-Audio hardware without the M-Powered limits and allowing LE users have the HD set

That worked on Snow Leopard and also on Leopard Intel only

Then a 9.0.4 HD hacked version came officially allowing CoreAudio hardware to have the HD set.

And finally a 10.3.10 hacked version that still rocks on my MacPro 2.1 on El Capitan

The last windows hacked ones were 10.3.9 HD and 12.5.0.

no wounds here  ;D just thicker skin  lol  ;D
80 $$ and no postage is fine deal for any purpose

i'll probably use it for more inputs into my motu system from my laptop (macbook pro, via firewire) with pt 8.04/05
or play with mixing 8tracks in pt5 hands on in macOs9.22 for fun

its abit versatile in its use/application whatever platform its used on

PC Intel - Win7 -  PTLE 8.04 -  Windows 7/64bit
Mac Intel  - OSX  - PTLE 8.04 -  Snow Leopard 64bit

Mac PPC  - OSX - PTLE7.4 on Tiger 10.4.x
Mac PPC  - OSX - PTLE 6.4 on Panther 10.3.x

Mac ppc  - os9  - PTLE 5.3.2 - MacOS9.2.2

is there any crack PT Plugins that will only work on certain OS?

i really like the sound of digi 002,
i have the digi 003 and i prefered the sound
of the 002,it just sounded over detailed on the 003
compared but smoother on 002,
its a great little rack and so cheap now!

well its unique that it offer's the console hands on control surface to be able to use that with the old mac os 9.22 is pretty cooll

not sure if it can be used in a STANDALONE mode to use it just for the converters (analog inputs > digital ADAT optical Out)
but in that regard its got nothing on the rack version

Every platform has their set of cracked plugs.

Most AAX-64 bits are cracked only on Windows.

Hard to answer but a deep search in rutracker may serve you. Or any other place

IIRC there was a standalone mixer mode, but only had gain. pan and volume. (No EQ, compression, reverb, delay)

Music Production Toolkit allowed 48 tracks on LE and M-Powered systems on PT 7 among other plugs and instruments IIRC.

That were cracked on Windows.

Protools Free ZONE R2 (and R1) also Windows 98-Me exclusive

Heh Protools5LEGuy!
I'm using the 002 Mixer at work occasionally
for voice courses and you can use the built-in Reverb and Delay in standalone mode through the sends.

Hey Chris... You tracked this 5.3.2 version down a few years back!!!;D. You found a guy selling the the 002 mixer rig/ 5.3.2 on eBay and I believe he sold you a copy(?) of the software disc... I even chipped in on it with you!! Haha! I intended to get one of the 002 mixer rigs also but haven't got around to it yet as I put together a 48 fader ProControl rig.
