cubase vst 32 serial codes

Hi Guys, New here. have a  cubase vst 32 install disc and dongle. No serial number. Looking to find a serial to install. Help please.
says there available in download section. However I cant seem to loocate that section. Any help ,thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
