DUY DSP Spider Modular Synth for OS X

Does anyone know where we can find DUY DSP Spider Modular Synth for OS9 without having to use any of the Pro Tools hardware and be able to use it natively in OS9? Thanks. While I am here does anyone have Hyperprism?

You don't specify a version, so I'm attaching the latest I came across:

Hyperprism 2.1 Installer is attached.  Untested by me.

it´s TDM, and you are not supposed to run it natively i guess :)
