Cmd button not working for some things

Anyone know anything about this ????
I try doing cmd w abd sometimes it works
Sometimes it doesn’t
How do I fix this????

How do I fix this????

What OS? What machine / keyboard? Rebuild desktop / Zap PRAM?
Tried a different keyboard? Check all connections?
ADB or USB? Blow-out under the keys?
