I think the restraint comes from being at home when I post. I'm already in try to hold it back mode so my son doesn't start saying stuff at school.  Though I would rather enjoy that conversation with the teacher, not so much with my wife though.

Well they already know we hang on to old hardware and refuse to put our life in-sync with the cloud.  But who gets the last laugh when the teenage nighttime operators who monitor all those servers are going thru their family photos.
