Emac version of the apple diagnostic cdrom

I'm after the diagnostic disk for an Emac. 
 
I'm wanting to fiddle with the fan speed and I cannot monitor the cpu temp in OS 9.  I think there is a temp monitor that can run booted from that cd.  The fan noise is waay too loud!
