Your registered Pro Tools LE 5.1, 5.1.1, 5.2 or 5.3.1 serial number is required to download and install. This can be found in the following location:

   Inside the front cover of your Getting Started with Mbox booklet
    Inside the front cover of your Getting Started with Digi 001 booklet
    Inside the front cover of your Getting Started with ToolBox XP booklet
    Confirmation of your online purchase of a Pro Tools LE 5.1, 5.1.1, or 5.3.1 upgrade for Digi 001 or ToolBox from the DigiStore

not posting this for the download (ie: it doesnt work) but to show that they are saying it requires a serial number for 5.1 or 5.1.1 or 5.2 or 5.3.1 - it might be that it must be an LE serial.. not a TDM? or maybe TDM serials work aswell... not sure... but what the above means is that PT LE 5.2.1 should be able to be installed with a serial beginning with DIGI 0510, DIGI 0531 or DIGI 0533
