SBS Pro Tools 7 Slot PCI Expansion Chassis
Unit comes with 3 Host cards and one original cable.Also has a mount for G4 Power Mac style Hard Drive cage. I used it with Sata Drive and Firmtech pci  sata controller. It would boot off of the drive in the expansion chassis.
