It is back to life!!!!!! Thanks a lot. You are my heroes. I have swapped the CPU board and all of the sudden everything was fine. No freezes, full CPU power. Thanks a lot my friends. It is good to know that here a people around who can help!!!! The culprit was a bad CPU.
