Studio Track Sheet Templates

There were some business contracts and blank track sheets posted here but the links are dead. I was just on the hunt for some blank track sheets too.

I came across some software called TrackManager by the company Creative Input. It's an Alesis ADAT track sheet and personel cataloger, complete with options to print covers, spines, etc. They also made one for the Tascm DA-88, and damnit, it's nowhere to be found. Wish I could find it.
