How to change instrument on synth via Cubase?

Hi all.

Sorry for my lame question. Is it possible to change current instrument on hardware synth using piano roll or something else in Cubase VST/32 5.0?

in OS9 only mixermaps can do that.

but program change is of course also available as controller in the controller editor. maybe try that first and see if you like it.
