The Transform bundle plugins are included in the installer that is posted.
No need for a separate installer.

Note:
Not every waves plugin supported TDM

Here is the waves CD I have.

I most likely I judged Waves poorly.
We parted ways early.
In 99' when I got Waves it was too bulky for Yikes G4 350.
and I have never used it since.

Gave DieHard a copy of this when we visited in person.
Can upload if it help anyone.

i would love to help get all wave cds online here, i got a few but not all

only very recently i also "discovered" those tabs such as "URLs" - and now i using this every second time i am visiting waybackmachine.

it is of great help to quickly find binaries and/or whether multiple download links on a page are dead or work.

the "issue" with waybackmachine is that once you have closed the history toolbar on top, you can not open it again to switch to another version.

and then there is that inline version of the toolbar, which you get when you start at the startpage:

go to https://web.archive.org/ and enter "http://waves.com/"

from here you can now see and open all existing versions of an adress or url.

but to open a version in a new tab - without loosing the overview page, that is - you need to control-doubleclick in the calendar. (everything else will not work in firefox windows here)

https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.waves.com/downloads/*
https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.waves.com/download/*

now you have a few options how to get to what you are looking for...

click on URL to sort by URL
click on MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) type to sort by media type
click on from to sort by Date
lastly, Filter results by URL or MIME Type (i.e. '.txt'): dmg, sit, bin etc.
