Enlarging the Mouse

Is anyone aware of an OS9 utility like the OSX Accessibility System Preference or just a better mouse utility? Specifically, I'd like the ability to make the mouse appear larger on the screen.

there are several third party controlpanels which do that.

one of them is called "biggie" i think and it should still be available at its origin.
