Best DVD Drives for Power Mac G4 Digital Audio?

So my Power Mac G4's DVD burner (a Pioneer DVR-103) kicked the bucket maybe six months ago. My question is what is the best DVD burner I can get in terms of capability that will be compatible with both Mac OS 9.2.2 and Mac OS 10.4.11? I must be able to boot from it as well as be able to burn CDs and DVDs (at least -R, but +R burning would be a nice bonus).
