Dual CPU extension?

I have what I thought was a dual 800mhz CPU G4. I just booted it up, looked in the system profiler and it says it's 800mhz. No mention of it being a dual CPU. I looked in the extensions manager but didn't see anything relating to a dual CPU. What is the extension called? I thought it would be in there upon installing OS9 and that you had the option of disabling it.

"Apple CPU plugins" inside "Multiprocessing" folder.
