Odd problem on boot up from Universal installer
« on: October 18, 2016, 03:18:59 AM »

Hello all, firstly, sorry if this is very dumb but the mouse cursor suddenly scrolls down off the screen and stops working when I boot up the universal installer cd. The mouse behaves fine up until the dialog/instruction box opens with Diehards instructions.

Its a Quicksilver single processor, 733 I think.

Any tips very welcome, thanks so much!

I had the same kind of mouse problem on my first boot after installing for the CD. It seems to me that I was trying to use the mouse while it was still busy (with the little watch turning). After a reboot, I made sure I waited till the mouse was ready for me. It wooked.
