Logic Pro X plug-ins used on PPC Mac?
« on: May 13, 2023, 02:00:20 AM »

This probably doesn’t work but I have no modern Mac to test this with (yet). I really like the stock level meter plug-in that comes with Logic Pro X. It allows me to see peak and rms levels perfectly. Problem is, that would put me in a newer world than I want to be in. What I have in the studio right now is a Titanium 1ghz laptop with OS9 and the latest version of OSX that it can take. I believe Logic Express 8 is the latest DAW I can use with it. Not even regular Logic 8 works with it AFAIK.

So with that said, is there any way possible to use the stock level metering plug-in in Logic Pro X on a 1ghz Titanium PowerBook?
