MOTU Freestyle
« on: December 13, 2015, 05:37:54 AM »

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have an OS 9 mac and is using this DAW software? It was the precursor to performer, which was the precursor to digital performer (DP).

I have some Freestyle files I'd like to get converted into Midi files so that they can be opened in DP. They can only be converted in the Freestyle application itself. I'm looking to see if someone can do this for a reasonable cost because I gave away my OS 9 computer (fool that I am). I'll send CDs of Freestyle and the files to anyone interested in a little project.

Thanks,
Greg

Hi Greg :-)

If you have an Intel Mac maybe you can do it with Sheep Shaver Chubby Bunny by yourself. It's a MacOS 9 emulator. I'm not sure if it will work. But worth a try.

Otherwise I can try it for you. Only need Freestyle.

Best regards
