Is it possible completely turn off Disk Cache.?. 

if so how?

I am doing testing on Disk Caching features effect on SSD performance?

Turning Disk Cache off has to be possible....

Complete off might not possible. I think you need at least 4KB or 8 KB for write.
Even 8-bit computers have 512 bytes memory to cache writing to floppy disk,
although they write to disk before they return from write routine.

EDIT: Or there maybe can be some clever Direct Memory Access routine for read,
but who knows?

wouldnt it be the speed test application´s job to ignore accessing the cache?

i guess what is more interesting for test results is to purge RAM / reboot before you test, in situations where you had 100 programs open already.
