I own macintoshspy.com and I just set up a new server (VPS in Houston, TX) with this domain fully configured for email.
I thought maybe I can offer free email to trusted users. The deal is, I have configured the server to still allow unencrypted IMAP/POP3/SMTP.
So you can use this from OS 9 really easily!
Trusted users would be anyone who's account is a month old and has at least 5 messages.
The terms of service would be something like this: http://macintoshspy.com/tos.html
If anyone might be interested in this please contact me on the forum.
A good potential use for this, could be to get files onto an older Mac if you have no other way. Just email them to whatever @ macintoshspy.com
Here it is working in Classilla in an emulator since my OS 9 rig is not hooked up right now: http://macintoshspy.com/classilla.png

I forgot I have some other mac related domain names too, most are unused.
macdevs.net
macemulation.net
macintoshdevelopers.net
macintoshliquidation.com
mc68000.org
takebackthemac.com
I could offer email on those.
macdevs/macintoshdevelopers was originally supposed to be a free hosting for freeware and open source Mac developers.
