I am discovering classic Mac games on my G4 high resolution system.
There is the issue of too low resolution, but I want to keep my current resolution of 1680*1050 75Hz...
Basically the game is a small screen with huge black frame...
Super classic games like 3d Brick Bash, but also modern Classics like D.O.T.T. or Wolfenstein...
Is there any way to fix this, some pixel stretching tool? 😊
I am aware of my resolution being too high, but this is the best native resolution for Opcode SVP...

Gert, you usually change the resolution to whatever you need for these older games (like 256 colors at 640x480) and then change it back after you finished playing. There is, however, a great new tool in town called GameBox. It's a launcher that handles the resolution switching and potential mounting of CD ROM images for you. Once set up, you just click "play". I've been using it for the past month and have become a big fan. My daughter uses it too to launch her software.
Grab it here: http://manticore.nz/gamebox
It's programmed by a community member (hi greystash!) and just came out in December.
